DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S. Only)

  • We deliver via UPS.
  • UPS does not ship to Post Office Boxes.
  • UPS does not normally deliver on Saturdays. A special Saturday delivery option is available at additional cost. A specific delivery time is not guaranteed. Please contact us for details.
  • All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless an item is not in stock.
  • If you order an out-of-stock item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Shipping days are Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed Friday afternoon - Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • We collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of California.
  • We do not charge the customer until the order is ready to ship.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico shipping addresses will incur additional shipping costs and may require a longer delivery time depending on the region. We will contact you with more details as your order is processed.

  • For all orders over $75.00, UPS Ground Shipping is FREE!
  • Free shipping for orders over $75.00 is for the U.S. only and also does not include Alaska and Hawaii or U.S. territories, it only applies to the continental United States.

You can request UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air to expedite your order delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Orders received by noon PST are generally processed that same day and shipped within 2 business days.
  • Shipping days are Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed Friday afternoon - Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
  • If the product you ordered is not available, we will notify you via email within 24 hours.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Our website is currently unable to process orders outside of the US.
  • Please contact us at info@planetpenelope.com for more information and to place orders. For shipping costs, please provide us with your shipping address and the details of your order when contacting us.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties and brokerage fees they may be required to pay upon delivery of their package. We would recommend you contact your local customs office and package carriers before placing your order with us.
