RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Customer service is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. Please note the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt.
  • Any returned item that is received more than 14 days after date of receipt will not be accepted.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns from free shipping orders are subject to shipping fee deductions.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale/clearance items.
  • If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department within 3 days after receiving the item(s).
  • Items that have been used or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance in case of loss or damage.
  • You can expect a refund for your returned item(s) within 30 days of our receiving the items(s).



To return, please follow these steps:

1) Contact us for a Return Authorization #
2) Place items in the original packaging.
3) Include current contact information, a copy of the invoice with your Return Authorization #, and instructions detailing the reason for return.
4) Write the Return Authorization # on the label or package.
5) Send the return back to us at:

EXCHANGES

An exchange is a return for another item or items currently in stock. If you would like to make an exchange, we must receive the original item (shipped at your expense) before we can ship out the new item. We will ship the new item at our expense. Returns for exchange will be accepted only if they meet the criteria for an acceptable return. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at info@planetpenelope.com and we will check that the item you'd like to exchange for is available. We will also hold that item for you until the returned item is received.
